One of Europe's leading innovation and business support organisations with a presence in eight European countries, is looking to expand its pool of Business Coaching associates to increase its UK wide network of delivery resources.

The organisation has a strong track record for winning tenders and delivering business support programmes on behalf of Central and Local government. With a focused bid team in place looking to bid for up and coming tenders, expanding the pool of associate coaches is a top priority. The organisation is looking to identify and recruit associate coaches from across the UK and across specialist business disciplines. This is in preparation to bid for future work associated with up and coming changes in the UK business support arena.

You are looking for additional interesting and challenging opportunities. You are happy to throw yourself at new challenges and want to work with companies with high growth potential.  You have relevant experience and the ability to contribute as an associate, and most importantly the credibility that only comes with personal experience of managing high growth.

You will have an established track record of experience in coaching assignments to companies in the SME sector, personal experience of high growth companies as Senior Manager / Director / Owner

In depth knowledge of several specialist business areas, with the ability to advise and coach within these:
Business Strategy, Business Development, Business Implementation, Business Change, Change Management, Leadership Development, Management Development, Business Innovation, New Market Development, Product Development, Product Launch, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Implementation, Sales Strategy, Sales Development, Export Market Development, Business Investment, Financial Management, People Development, Information Systems, Business Process Improvement, Productivity Improvement
