Old Line Bank is seeking an organized and self-motivated Bank Manager who will be responsible for the overall operational administration and profitability of their branch as well as the identification and cultivation of new commercial and consumer clients. You will monitor your branch and ensure that it is operating safely and in compliance with all banking standards. As the “face of the bank" you will also be responsible for building and maintaining Old Line’s presence in the community.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Manager for Old Line Bank, you will cultivate a positive working environment for branch staff through coaching and training employees to attain their career goals. You will also work with community based groups and organizations to promote positive business and community relationships.

 

Additional responsibilities for the Bank Manager include:

• Identifying sales opportunities in the branch and in the business community
• Visiting customers and prospective customers in their place of business to develop branch relationships
• Promoting and cross-selling Brank products and services directly
• Referring commercial loan needs to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintaining existing client relationships through superior, high-contact customer service
