Job Responsibilities

 

• Contribute to the growth of the branch by managing and directing the lending activities of the branch
• Advise customers on lending services and other banking products and services offered. 
• Play a role in the community to include, breakfasts, rotary functions, chamber of commerce meetings etc.
• Ensure bank employees are prepared and have the skill set needed to identify customer needs and effectively cross sell
• Perform administrative functions including, performance appraisals, promotions and salary recommendations
• Ensure branch adheres to operational policies, banking compliance requirements and regulations
