Pilots learn to fly planes using flight simulators. Doctors learn to do medical procedures using the simulators and training programs we create.

Medical Simulation Corporation (MSC) provides high-quality simulation-based training to medical professionals. As a Clinical Education Specialist, you are the on-site representative to operate the Center and to supervise the services provided at the SimSuite Center on behalf of Medical Simulation Corp.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Instruct and train users on various endovascular and cardiovascular modules on Simantha* simulator
* Instruct and train users on specific SimMan CC and QI simulations created by MSC
* Conduct marketing of the simulation center within the hospital
* Working with customer (the hospital and university) to determine training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software provide simple repair as outlined by the engineers

Required Experience and Skills
* RN with 3+ years of experience in a cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, or other areas performing endovascular procedures.
* Scrub experience, knowledge of procedural steps
* Ability to successfully work with physicians and other healthcare personnel
* Demonstrated ability to gain understanding of complex content and effectively communicate that information
* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and without supervision
* Some flexibility in schedule as there may occasional work in evenings or week-ends
* Current ACLS Provider card. Able to obtain Instructor license within 60-90 days

Desired Experience and Skills
* BSN with Cardiac Catheterization and Critical Care nursing experience
* Clinical education or training experience
* Project management experience
* Experience as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device manufacturer
