Summary
Provides strategic and tactical brand leadership and implementation for all types of
digital media including internet, mobile and social for internal and external
communications including Public Relations.
Leads a team of 4 professionals located in Charlotte, NC and works with multiple
outside agencies.
Manages a growing multi‐million dollar digital advertising and development budget
for Meineke and its Franchisees in 143 DMA’s throughout the United States.
Requires domestic travel up to 15% of the time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops near term and longer term digital strategies collaborating with internal
Management and outside agency partners.
Works with agency partners to design and implement websites, phone protocols,
SEM, SEO and Social Media plans including creative, placement and testing and Brand
protection.
Meets/exceeds annual strategic plan and budget objectives related to digital media
marketing.
Plans and conducts analysis and research to identify digital media key drivers and
plan future initiatives.
Negotiates digital media agency contracts and is primary point of contact for the
agency relationship.
Oversees the digital media budget and approves all digital media expenditures.
Manages all domain entities including registration and brand protection.
Develops and implements Brand Image and Customer Experience research including
recommendations to management on how to improve both as well as the Brand’s
advertising communications strategies.
Leads and implements all Dealer Communications including digital and print and
external Public Relations.
Teaches new/existing Franchisees at Meineke’s training Center in Charlotte in
selected marketing areas.
Looks for opportunities to create cost/marketing synergies with sister brand, Maaco.
