Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with Human Resources and Safety staff, design and deliver annual curriculum for training and professional development in a sequential and tiered manner through a variety of medium and platforms – face to face, webinar, self-study, online, etc.
- Schedule, coordinate, organize, and follow up on all training programs.
- Communicate with external agencies for training and facilitation experiences and coordinate corresponding events.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues to assess, develop, and organize training goals and needs.
- Plan and execute training and facilitation activities related to innovation.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate all training and facilitation activities.
- Organize and facilitate application of training content and learning in the form of events and meetings.
- Obtain, organize, develop, and update training records and databases.
- Inform the development of professional development plans for staff in conjunction with upper management.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate training need deficiencies to upper management.
- In close collaboration with staff, compile, develop and maintain training materials as well as outcomes from events.
- Travel as necessary to deliver and facilitate trainings and other events.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external clients.
- Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in making work-related decisions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding corporate information.
