Purpose of the position:

Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for selling company services to the key clients of the company, business development, providing expert advice and client support.

Key Account Sales Manager contributes to the department sales by maintaining successful relationship with existing clients and attracting new ones.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Systematic study of potential clients' market and definition of target clients' groups due to regional division principle.
  2. Study of services provided by company and similar services on the market.
  3. Selling company services to the key clients, keeping and enlarging clients' database.
  4. Building successful relationship with existing key clients, increasing clients' loyalty and awareness of company services.
  5. Paying visits to clients, negotiating with clients, conducting presentations to clients and preparation of commercial proposals.
  6. Concluding contracts and accepting first request. Tracking contract terms.
  7. Tracking clients' activities and competitors' actions towards clients.
  8. Development of clients, new directions and projects.
  9. Gaining and analyzing information on clients' satisfaction with the service level.
  10. Reporting according to the corporate rules.

Education:

University Degree (or equivalent), preferably in Transport Logistics, Marketing or Economics.

Professional experience:

Sales Executive should have 3-years experience in sales of complex logistics service and/or experience in sales projects implementation.

Major competences required:

  • Knowledge of freight forwarding market;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Presentation skills;
  • A positive, confident and determined approach;
  • A high degree of self-motivation.

Additional skills required:

This is an opportunity for strong team-players who are energetic, conflict-free and have excellent communication skills. A successful candidate should be a confident user of MS Office, have driving license (category B) and at least 1 year of driving experience. He/she should be fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, and also should possess knowledge of English at Intermediate level.
