Marketing Manager - This person will be the key individual to augment the existing marketing plans and develop new marketing strategies for the company.  This position will interact heavily with the sales department using creativity and research to take the company to the next level.

Sales Manager - This person will have 3 to 4 sales people reporting to them. 90% of the sales are closed over the phone, so someone with a strong phone presence and who can lead and teach others in solid phone techniques is needed.

Manufacturing Manager - This person is responsible for the manufacturing process to effectively use materials, labor and equipment to meet safety goals, production targets, manufacturing strategic objectives/metrics, process improvements and lead the transition to operator lead process control.

CMM Manager - This person is responsible for CMM operating, safety, and maintenance, etc.

Production Supervisor - This is a position that would fit the career development of a candidate with over 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
