Job details:

 Description Position Summary: Perform Engineering duties to support the manufacturing of wood based products. Provide technical expertise related to all CNC based equipment, including programming and tooling. Maintain routings, item masters, and bill of materials for all manufactured components.

Essential Functions:
1. Prepare and maintain process documentation for all new and existing product lines to support manufacturing

2. Create new programs for the CNC machining centers, including standard and custom parts, using Alphacam and Wood Wop software

3. Create and maintain CAD drawings and documentation using AutoCad and Solid Works software

4. Provide Engineering support to the manufacturing team

5. Help support Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement activities

Other Responsibilities:
-Create routings and item masters for manufactured components
-Examine equipment, processes, and work flow and suggest methods for improvement
-Provide technical expertise with tooling for all machinery
-Assist and support the product development team to ensure a successful launch of all new products
-Work with all team members in a positive and effective manner
