MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
- Develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
- Inspects machines and equipment to ensure optimum performance and utilization
- Develop and Maintain process documentation based on the quality management system ensuring compliance to ISO9001 standards
- Coordinate activities of personnel in inventory, quality control and manufacturing engineering
- Analyze and plan work force utilization, workflow; design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
- Participate in capital equipment justification, purchase, and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Production focused engineering program
- Experience in functional, technical and people and/or process management skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sheet metal manufacturing industry is ideal
- Experienced in materials planning and production scheduling
- Ability to define problems and collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Prior exposure to applying Lean Manufacturing and initiating Kaizen events a plus
- Use of the following tools required: AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Working knowledge of an MRP system such as Syteline, Oracle, Alere
MACHINISTS

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve efficiency and minimize scrap
- Experience with setting up and operating mills & lathes
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
Entry level & Experienced encouraged to apply (Recent trade school graduates encourage to apply)
Basic knowledge of machinery, tools, materials, methods and standard practices of the machining trade
SHEET METAL FABRICATORS
- Experience in setting up and operating fabrication equipment such as shears, drill presses, brake presses and punch presses
- CNC experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrate effort to improve efficiency and minimize scrap
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints is a plus
- Entry level & Experience encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills and good basic math skills
