Extrusion Dies Industries, a world-class brand and global supplier of plastics processing tools, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Quality Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play an integral role in moving our organization through significant growth by strengthening our quality system. The Quality Manager will develop and execute planning for methods and measurements to ensure our products meet customer expectations and that internal process requirements are being consistently upheld.

                     

 

Job Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you will strive to create a best-in-class global quality management team that is focused on achieving unmatched quality in the production of engineered-to-order products. To do so, you will spend a significant amount of time in production areas, observing as well as communicating with employees to establish and/or strengthen quality best practices.

 

Additional responsibilities for the Quality Manager include:

• Coordinating activities to determine and report causes of non-conformance
• Implementing corrective actions and process improvements
• Providing leadership and facilitation for the quality team
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships through the organization
