Minimum Education, Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:
* Minimum four year Computer Science\Engineering, math, engineering or science degree or equivalent experience \ B.S preferred
* Minimum two years of experience using .Net development applications
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Competence with .Net technologies in a distributed multithreaded environment
* Competence with Microsoft SQL programming
* Competence with Test Driven Development methodologies
* Familiarity with Agile development SDLC methodologies
* HTML, XML, AJAX, WFS,

Preferred:
* Experience with versioned source control systems such as SVN, CVS
* Experience with build systems such as msbuild, Cruise Control
* Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in an understandable manner to a wide variety of audiences

Physical, Mental and Sensory Requirements:

Duties are performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer keyboard and communicate over the phone.

* Adhere to a test driven development software development process
