Responsible for the timely and accurate recording of Fixed Assets to various legal entities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and based upon standard Accounting / Finance/ Tax guidelines provided by  US Corporate Finance and US Corporate Tax Department.<INPUT value="At our company, we have been helping our customers and communities for over 125 years. 1) Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
2) Banking / Finance / Accounting Experience (GAAP)
3) PC Skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)
4) Accounting Information Systems: General Ledger (GLM), Bank of Montreal General Ledger (IBUK), Computer Output On-Line (COOL )
5) Database Skills: Access ‘97
6) Oracle: Asset Management/ Fixed Assets Module
7) Problem Solving, Analytical, and  Research skills
8) Time Management, Ability to multitask. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize.
9) Excellent Intrapersonal Skills: ability to actively listen
10) Detail oriented.
11) Flexibility.
12) Must be able to adapt to change ( Procedures/ Policies /System Upgrades)
13) Capable of demonstrating the SPIRIT Values.
14) Must be a Team Player.
