Overview:


The Technical Education and Training Specialist will develop, execute, and facilitate technical based training to assist in keeping MCPc*s ability to maintain certifications, develop internal team members, and meet the growing customer needs for training for solutions that have been implemented.

Good Communication skills, ability to multitask, detail oriented, self motivated, proficient on the computer while dominating Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities:


-Develop, Execute and Facilitate Training in the fulfillment of Statements of Work for External Customers

-Develop, Execute and Facilitate Training internal MCPc Engineers (must incorporate soft-skill development as appropriate)

-Develop Content for MCPc University

-Develop, Execute and Facilitate Training for CERTIFIED/OFFICIAL and/or UNOFFICIAL training needs (for sales team and other business units)

-Curriculum for VMWare, Cisco, Citrix and Microsoft (Others as per the needs of the business)

- Implementation of best practice procedures for Citrix and network architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance/support.

-Final design and review project documentation

-Prepare change orders if needed for a project

-Provide training if needed on a system design.

-Provide field support for the installation crew during execution of the project.

-Prepare as-built drawings to deliver to the client when after final completion.

-Prepare a training manuals of how to use the system for the end user.

Qualifications:


-Minimum of ten years as a trainer in a classroom setting consultative experience in front of customers providing solutions/training

-Bachelor degree in MIS, IT, Business or related discipline

-Certifications in various manufacturers (Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft)

-Willingness to attain additional certifications as needed to increase training options
