Bachelors Degree At least 5 Years experience Proven experience in lead generation and retail oriented design. A candidate who has created/tested/optimized email, banners and landing pages is preferred. Our client is on the cutting-edge of their industry and forging ahead into a new era of leadership, growth and innovation They are looking for a Sr. Web Designer/Developer that is itching to expand their creativity and problem solving skills? The Sr. Web Designer/Developer will be the advocate for best practices and can share that enthusiasm with our internal and external teams, while still getting the job done. The Web Designer/Develop will Support the Digital Marketing Teams design work for various internal and external projects to help accomplish the teams overall online lead-generating activities, and internal enterprise needs. This includes (but not limited to): Implement SEO/SEM strategy and integrate SEO best practices. Manage assigned projects for the SEO group. Concept and Implement conversion optimization efforts for e-commerce oriented websites. Create highly SEO/conversion optimized landing pages, blogs, micro-sites. Create and develop user interfaces for customer facing systems such as portals, learning management systems, and content management systems, while working with various technology teams to implement these designs. Work with Information Architects to arrive at finished wireframes and be able to create design comps based on wireframes. Turn approved comps into compliant XHTML markup and CSS.
