As a Wireless Solutions*Manager in*our*Marsh & McLennan Global Technology Infrastructure (MGTI)*division of Corporate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, device design, testing, configuration management support and maintenance of Marsh & McLennan's wireless solutions and platform(s). The candidate will be instrumental and assist with the deployment of mobility product sets, tools and services including the integration elements for Unified Communications products. To fulfill this role, the solutions analyst will provide:

  • product level, client facing, thought leadership and support for Marsh & McLennan's wireless technologies;
  • maintain high levels of customer support;
  • contribute to the development of communications, user documentation and training material;
  • conduct end user training;
  • assist in the preparation of monthly reports and trend analyses detailing application usage
  • articulate and drive key business device requirements
  • position business device launches on an enterprise level
  • understand and articulate the mobile OS roadmap (e.g. Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Blackberry) and partner with the OS manufacturer to drive key enterprise requirements
  • partner with the business on relevant pricing projects and promotions
  • identify and execute on key Smartphone bundling opportunities for the enterprise
  • refine the device ordering/inventory processes as applicable (single SKU with 'options' vs. multiple device SKUs)
